Job summary

You will monitor timelines, coordinate manpower, and mitigate delays, while enforcing strict safety protocols on site. The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record of delivering projects, and familiarity with construction regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong resource management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of the assigned project from inception to completion, monitor project schedule and material delivery, ensuring that the awarded contract packages have sufficient manpower, and identify potential delays or obstacles and work to mitigate issues.
• Execute strategic plans and goals on assigned projects to ensure that the project meets the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure that the project is carried out according to specifications, availability of necessary resources, manpower requirements and timelines.
• Ensure that construction work meets the specified standards and requirements, conducting regular inspections to ensure that the project meets required quality standards. To evaluate the performance of contractors, ensuring that the work meets the required standards and specifications, and maintaining the overall quality of the project.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures and ensure that all involved individuals adhere to these protocols and procedures.
