Responsibilities

• Lead project planning from concept through design, construction and turnover.
• Prepare and manage budgets, evaluate BOQ/BOM and contractor proposals.
• Select and monitor contractors, negotiate terms, ensure compliance and resolve issues.
• Oversee construction activities, quality audits, testing, commissioning and turnover.
• Supervise project staff, allocate resources and drive safety and performance.
• Prepare status and completion reports, maintain records and identify process improvements.
