Job summary

You will monitor drawings, budgets, estimates, and bids, ensure compliance with standards, and conduct routine site inspections from pre-construction to close-out, including regular site visits across Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• Preferably with project management exposure in construction.
• Licensing is not required but an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor overall construction quality and timing.
• Coordinate management approvals, meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure budgets, estimates, bids, and site implementation align with plan.
• Attend site inspections and monitor mock-ups and punch lists.
• Project management from start to close-out, from bid to completion.
