Job summary

JBG Service Contracting Inc. (Manpower Agency) in Metro Manila is seeking a Project Leader to plan, coordinate, monitor, and execute construction and store fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

You will ensure on-schedule delivery within budget, maintain communication with contractors, mall administration, and internal stakeholders, and prepare progress reports for management to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or facilities management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to travel to project sites/branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and launch project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams on design feasibility.
• Select and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts and define project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Oversee procurement and ordering of fixtures, equipment, materials, and store opening requirements.
• Ensure all project requirements are documented before implementation.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and overall progress.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to implement corrective actions for delays.
• Handle project-related issues, including material shortages and scope changes.
• Negotiate solutions with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Serve as liaison between construction team and mall administration.
• Monitor project costs to adhere to budgets.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections as necessary.
• Perform final inspections and ensure deliverables meet contract specs.
