Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee quality and timing across projects, coordinating approvals, meetings, and site implementation to meet baselines.

You will monitor drawings, budgets, estimates, and bids, ensure compliance with standards, and conduct routine site inspections from pre-construction to close-out, including regular site visits across Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• Preferably with project management exposure in construction.
• Licensing is not required but an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and Monitor Overall Construction Quality and Timing. Coordinate (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation.

Monitor and ensure the project (inclusive of drawing preparation and implementation as well OSM delivery and installation) are all within the timeline and budget and compliant to Standards/ approved design criteria.

Attend site inspections which includes pre-construction assessment, monitoring of actual site project status, inspection of mock-ups, monitoring of site implementation and punch listing.

Able to go around and visit Sites on a regular basis

Project Management from Project Start to Close-out

From Bid to Completion.
