Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities of all housing projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules and milestone
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants to maintain smooth project executions
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality and safety compliance
• Identify construction issues and implement timely corrective actions
• Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations
