Job summary

HPC BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager to lead building construction projects, oversee planning, cost control, and documentation, and coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure progress on schedule.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in construction, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of ISO systems and construction safety is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in construction from a recognised body.
• Experience managing and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Dynamic and motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership to lead a team of project staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process and manage construction projects per schedule.
• Carry out project planning, cost control and documentation.
• Direct construction planning and coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and consultants.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure quality and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure activities comply with the ISO system and lead project staff.
