Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and methods.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the overall execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure works comply with approved plans, specs, and contract requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor costs and help control expenses within the budget.
• Review project plans, drawings, specs, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings.
• Identify issues, delays, and risks and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and approve progress reports and documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Site teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers performance.
• Provide updates to management and client on status.
• Close-out of completed projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
