Job summary

Share Pro Inc. in Manila seeks a RTOU Project Engineer to supervise repair and take-over activities, ensuring completion within set timeframes and quality standards. You will monitor daily progress and manage inspections to guarantee units are ready for turnover.

The role requires 1–2 years’ construction management experience, knowledge of cost estimation, and the ability to coordinate with contractors. Licensing is preferred and previous project oversight is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in construction management/ PM.
• Training in construction & project management.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, Evaluation Report and Costing: inspect/punchlist units, prepare scope of works and budgeting.
• Work/Project implementation: secure materials and contractors, review requisitions, set up daily activities, supervise work to standards.
• Billing and report keeping: record daily accomplishment, prepare reports, validate contractor billing, manage cash advances/receipts.
• Housekeeping: monitor usage, ensure cleanliness of area and turnover of replaced items.
• Research & Development: canvass and endorse new materials, assess cost-effectiveness and procedures.
