The candidate will oversee on-site activities, enforce safety and company rules, and prepare concise reports and documentation to support project closure.

Responsibilities

• 1. Inspect, evaluate, and cost punchlist items for sold, unsold, and post move-in requests; prepare scope and budget based on inspection and specs.
• 2. Supervise on-site repair/renovation work; secure materials and contractors; monitor progress and ensure work meets quality and timeline.
• 3. Maintain daily logs of attendance, materials, events; assist in billing and reporting related to renovation projects.
