Job summary

You will evaluate quotations, compare price and quality, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers. A degree in business or engineering and at least two years of procurement experience are preferred, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
• At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Good sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process approved purchase requests and Purchase Orders.
• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Compare price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate deliveries, replacements, and supplier requirements.
• Help ensure the right materials and services are available when needed. Support smooth operations through timely and cost-effective purchasing.
