Job summary

One Nine One Trading is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing of construction materials, equipment parts, tools, and services for operations and projects. The role ensures competitive pricing, quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to procurement procedures and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of procurement experience, with strong negotiation and supplier management skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, engineering, or rental.
• Experience in sourcing construction materials, equipment spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local suppliers, construction materials, and heavy equipment parts is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple purchasing requirements.
• Willing to coordinate with project sites, suppliers, and equipment yards; travel as needed.
