Responsibilities

Develop construction schedules that optimize resources while meeting client deadlines.
Maintain construction schedules using software.
Monitor actual progress against schedules to identify delays that may impact contractor payments.
Collaborate with site engineers to develop cost-effective construction methodologies.
Generate progress reports to support payment applications and client communications.
Identify potential risks to contractor obligations and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials arrive on schedule to prevent liquidated damages.
Evaluate change orders to secure appropriate time extensions and additional compensation.
Maintain organized payment documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Work with QC team to schedule inspections efficiently without disrupting critical path activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
