CROSS-LINK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION in Laguna, Philippines seeks a Project Scheduling Coordinator with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering to plan, schedule, monitor, and report on construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with objectives.

Responsibilities include developing baseline and look-ahead schedules using Primavera P6, tracking actual progress, identifying risks, coordinating with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors, and preparing progress

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Preferably Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or construction project coordination.
Knowledgeable in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential schedule risks.
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and other departments regarding project activities and timelines.
Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and other planning-related documents.
Assist in developing project baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure that project activities are properly sequenced and aligned with project objectives.
