Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination or site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Sound understanding of construction safety standards, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with budget management and cost control is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Filipino construction regulations and local building codes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate between project managers, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation, identifying and addressing any deviations or inefficiencies.
• Implement and maintain standardized operational procedures and best practices across all construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, metrics and documentation for management review.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
• Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships and inventory to optimize resource availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Support project planning activities, including timelines, resource requirements and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities to address operational concerns and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, environmental standards and health and safety requirements.
