Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a capable engineer to support project sites in Metro Manila and Baguio. You will work on MEPFS workflows, quality control, and design interpretation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and may be assigned across multiple DMCI project sites.

The role covers quality management, safety initiatives, subcontract coordination, and material management to maintain project standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Willing to be assigned in any DMCI Homes project sites within Metro Manila and Baguio
• Knowledgeable in MEPFS construction workflows, quality control, inspection and testing procedures
• Basic understanding of design documents, including plan reading, planning, estimation, and interpretation
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Quality Management: Ensures 100% compliance with standard work sequence and checklist for all phases of work
• Quality Management: Checks completeness and accuracy of submitted checklists, test records, and as-built plans
• Quality Management: Conducts functional and performance testing
• Risk and Safety Management: Implements all safety initiative programs
• Risk and Safety Management: Attends and conducts toolbox meeting
• Risk and Safety Management: Performs daily site inspections to identify safety hazards
• Risk and Safety Management: Ensures proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Construction Management: Reviews and interprets BIM model, For Construction Drawings (FCD), approved shop drawing, project specification and design of MEP system
• Construction Management: Maintains comprehensive project documentation including daily reports and Request for Approval (RFA)/Request for Information (RFI)
• Construction Management: Participates in subcontractor coordination meetings and provides updates on project progress and quality-related concerns.
• Construction Management: Prepares material requisition
• Resource Management: Monitors productivity and inspects materials upon delivery to ensure they meet project specifications
• Resource Management: Maintains records of material certifications and compliance reports
• Subcontract Management: Reviews and validates subcontractor’s billing and claims against work completed
• Subcontract Management: Monitors MEPF installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved shop drawings
• Subcontract Management: Reviews and enforces subcontract agreement – general terms and conditions
• Subcontract Management: Verifies proper testing, commissioning, and system performance before final acceptance
• Subcontract Management: Ensures that subcontractors submit as-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and warranty certificates
