The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the technical team to provide tailored solutions. You will assist in bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, attend industry events, and help drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Driver's license and ability to operate motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
