Job summary

Greenmark Construction Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Resident Engineer to oversee construction and commissioning of works, including processing contractor claims such as progress payments, variations and extension of time. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work between the Design Team and Contractors, ensuring consistency in scheduling, cost controls, document controls and implementation of quality assurance programmes, as well as compliance with contract specifications.
• Review and update the Contractor’s schedules, showing the status of all projects as well as the cost status for all contracts.
• Manage the quality assurance and safety requirements, as well as the Consultant’s site supervision team.

Requirements

• Possess a relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent certificate.
• At least 15 years of construction experience, of which at least ten (10) years shall be in managing the construction of large used water/water treatment plant projects and construction contracts of similar size and complexity.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
