Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks a Lead Resident Engineer Support to assist the Lead Resident Engineer in managing construction and commissioning activities for large water treatment projects, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing contractor claims, coordinating design-team and contractor efforts, updating schedules, and ensuring QA/Safety adherence on site, with a focus on complex water treatment contracts.

Qualifications

• Possess a relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent certificate.
• Demonstrate at least 15 years of construction experience, including a minimum of 10 years managing large used water/water treatment plant projects and similarly complex construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Resident Engineer in overseeing construction and commissioning activities, including processing contractor claims such as progress payments, variations, and extension requests.
• Coordinate work between the Design Team and Contractors to ensure alignment in scheduling, cost control, document management, and quality assurance implementation.
• Review and update contractor schedules to reflect project progress and contract cost status accurately.
• Manage quality assurance and safety compliance for the project and supervise the Consultant’s site supervision team.
