Job summary

TigerUX in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-phase construction projects from pre-construction through post-construction. You will oversee site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and government permitting processes, with responsibilities to manage permits, licenses, and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in site evaluation, planning and construction project management.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities and obtaining permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction activities throughout the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Evaluate and recommend contractors based on cost, quality, reliability, and project capability.
• Conduct site assessments, measurements, and planning, and prepare permits.
• Coordinate bidding processes, pre-bid meetings, bid evaluation and contractor coordination.
• Manage project execution to ensure timely completion, quality and budget compliance.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, permits, environmental, safety, and insurance requirements.
