• Securing Cargo: Using ratchet straps, tie-downs, bungee cords, and tarps to secure, balance, and weather-protect loads during transit.
• Order Verification: Cross-checking purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tickets against the materials loaded to ensure the construction crew gets exactly what they need without missing items.
• Time and Route Management: Navigating efficiently between hardware stores, suppliers, and various job sites to minimize downtime for the builders who are waiting on supplies.
