Job summary

Highpoint Property Ventures is seeking an experienced driver to deliver materials and assets to project sites across Cebu City and surrounding areas. You will support daily operations for multiple divisions with timely transportation services, while ensuring vehicle safety and maintenance.

The role requires a valid driver's license (codes 1-3), at least 3 years of driving experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver's License with codes 1-2-3.
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in construction/logistics.
• Familiar with Cebu City, Metro Cebu, and nearby provinces.
• Experience driving company service vehicles, vans, pickups and light trucks.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Honest, dependable, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, overtime, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction materials, furniture, documents, tools, samples, and other assets to project sites and business units.
• Support daily operations across divisions through timely transportation services.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure registrations, insurance, permits, and maintenance records are updated.
• Plan efficient routes to minimise travel time and fuel consumption.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials safely.
• Maintain accurate trip tickets, fuel logs, and mileage records.
• Safeguard company vehicles and transported assets.
• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks assigned by Management.

·Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues immediately.

·Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preventive maintenance schedules.

·Ensure registrations, insurance, permits, and maintenance records are updated.

·Plan efficient routes to minimise travel time and fuel consumption.

·Comply with traffic regulations and company safety policies.

·Assist in loading and unloading materials safely.
