Job summary

Haskell is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager in the Philippines (Pasig area) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading construction projects. The role involves field management, safety, quality control, document control, scheduling, and financial oversight.

Will coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, prepare budgets, and manage change orders. The candidate should be highly mobile, able to work on-site, and capable of facilitating design coordination and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience supporting / leading construction projects
• Experience with subcontracting scopes (buyout)
• Experience in drafting and expediting responses to RFIs
• Processing subcontractor submittals, with some financial acumen
• Highly mobile and flexible to work in any location

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: coordinates with superintendent on subcontractor coordination and field controls; conducts site walks and reports to PM/Superintendent.
• Document Control and Project Communications: manages submittals, RFIs, drawings, and meeting minutes; maintains logs and as-builts.
• Scheduling: updates progress schedules and assists in planning construction operations.
• Financial Management: assists with project budgets, costs, invoicing, change orders, and cost reporting.
