Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience leading construction projects in PH.
• Willingness to travel per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: ensure subcontractor adherence to safety and quality policies and project requirements.
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and as-builts.
• Scheduling: plan and update project schedules with input from superintendent and subs.
• Financial Management: manage budget, cost reports, invoices, and cash flow.
• Procurement and Commitments: establish procurement strategy, bid analysis, and subcontractor qualification.
• Project Lifecycle Management: lead start-up to close-out, ensure team cohesion and adherence to objectives.
• Client Relations: manage meetings, reports, and client inquiries.
