John Clements Recruitment, Inc. seeks a seasoned Engineering professional to oversee construction and project management, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and safety compliance from initiation to completion.

The role requires a graduate in Engineering with 8+ years in Facility Management and Construction/PM, with knowledge of EHS/OHS requirements to safeguard operations. Strong collaboration with managers and service providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course, with or without professional license.
• With knowledge in Facility Management and Construction/Project Management.
• Know basic requirements of EHS, OHS, Environment, Safety (OHS, Risk Assessment).

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and projects based on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environment from start to completion.
• Check, review, confirm effectiveness, and approve activities to improve process, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and environment of construction/projects.
• Collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with other Jr. Section Managers, Contractors, and/or Service Providers to improve construction process/projects.
• Develop and create a construction midterm plan of activities in line with the set KPI by the Section Manager.
• Provide all necessary construction support with the objective of plant operation.
