Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to lead major facilities projects, improving production layouts and upgrading infrastructure. You will manage utility systems with focus on efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to avoid disruptions and coordinate with PEZA, DOLE, and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC license required.
• 7+ years in facilities engineering within industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience in facilities management, engineering projects, or construction project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and plant management projects across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out.
• Develop complete project documentation including Scope of Works, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
• Prepare, evaluate, and recommend bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, technical calculations, and construction drawings required for project implementation.
• Lead and Initiate project coordination meetings with internal customers including manufacturing stakeholders and support teams.
• Facilitate meetings with external organizations including PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, LTI for regulatory permits.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, validate progress billings, financial reporting, and payments.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for management decisions.
