Job summary

JCV & Associates Project Management & Devt Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead construction projects from design through closeout.

You will work with architects, clients, and subcontractors to develop plans, manage budgets, schedules and quality control while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. You will oversee cost estimation, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, driving project performance, client satisfaction, and timely handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Experience with project management principles, scheduling and budgeting.
• Knowledge of contract administration and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop construction plans and designs.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and project schedules based on designs and requirements.
• Source materials, equipment and subcontractors while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure conformance with plans and codes; resolve issues.
• Implement quality control to meet standards and specifications.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; enforce health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and zoning requirements.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and team members for effective communication.
• Regularly update clients on progress and address concerns; ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee project closeout, inspections and handover to client.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress, budget and schedule.
