Job summary

SosaJB Property Management Corp. is seeking a Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong technical knowledge in property, facilities, and construction management.

You will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze RFPs/RFQs, manage vendor quotations, and help ensure competitive yet profitable proposals. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Business or related field, with 2–4 years of cost estimation or facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 2–4 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, facilities management or related services.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, RFQs, Terms of Reference, Scope of Work, BOQs, and client templates.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in property, facilities, and construction management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing RFPs/RFQs, managing vendor quotations, and ensuring competitive yet profitable proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, facilities management, property management, construction, MEPF, or related services.

• Knowledge of MEPF systems, HVAC/ACU, Electrical systems, Plumbing, Fire protection, Building maintenance, Civil works, and Preventive maintenance.

• Review RFPs, RFQs, Terms of Reference, Scope of Work, BOQs, client templates
