Job summary

Millennium Erectors Corporation in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Civil Engineering graduate to manage project documentation on site.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with or without license, strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to relocate within or outside Metro Manila.

You will establish and maintain project filing, update logs, handle document transmission, and archive closeout records, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be willing to start as soon as possible.
• Willing to be relocated within/outside Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project filing in construction site.
• Update documentation logs regularly and ensure records are kept securely.
• Facilitate document transmission from project.
• Secure closeout documentation and electronic archiving.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
