You will foster teamwork, uphold safety standards, drive quality, and mentor tomorrow leaders while coordinating with clients, contractors, and partners on complex commercial and industrial builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (advantage).
• Male, 40 years old and above.
• At least 10 years of progressive construction management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in large-scale projects (commercial, industrial).

Responsibilities

Role Description

• Provide overall direction, leadership, and supervision to project managers, engineers, and site staff.
• Develop and implement strategic goals for the division in alignment with company objectives.

Project Execution

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to turnover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Approve project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and manage the division's annual budget.
• Monitor project costs, cash flows, and profitability.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Enforce compliance with local laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, ISO, and quality management systems.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to maintain high standards.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants regarding project progress and

• Strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1.) Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
• 2.) Must be a Registered (Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer is an advantage).
