Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• PRC License preferred but not required.
• Experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
• Proficient with CAD tools including AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and renovation projects from initiation through completion.
• Prepare architectural plans and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Process and follow up permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals; procure materials and services.
• Prepare Purchase Requests and monitor deliveries and inventory.
• Maintain engineering, procurement, and records documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and building codes and safety regulations.
• Perform other engineering and coordination duties as assigned.
