Revaya is seeking a proactive Project Cost Engineer / Assistant Project Manager with hands-on construction experience in architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, exterior cladding, or building envelope systems. You will monitor costs using Sage 300 CRE and Procore to track budgets, productivity, and progress.

The role emphasizes cost control, cost-to-complete forecasting, and early detection of overruns, with reporting via Excel and AI tools.

Qualificações

• Experience in construction cost engineering or project controls.
• Hands-on use of Sage 300 CRE and Procore.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot, lookups, reconciliations).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor budgets, costs, PO and subcontract commitments for cost-engineering projects.
• Reconcile Sage 300 CRE with Procore daily reports and labor hours.
• Analyze labor productivity and compare to estimated rates to find inefficiencies.
• Prepare cost-to-complete forecasts and flag overruns before losses occur.
• Review field reports for changes, delays, and change orders; organize supporting docs.
• Assist with purchase orders, subcontracts, cost coding, and project docs.
• Provide concise morning summaries and weekly variance reports with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with accounting, PMs and field teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Improve reporting with Excel, automation and AI tools; verify accuracy.
