Job summary

New Lantier Construction Corporation is seeking an Accounting Staff to record and maintain accurate financial transactions and records. You will prepare invoices, process payments, handle AP/AR, assist with payroll, and support month-end and year-end closing.

You will also monitor project-related expenses, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, and ensure compliance with company policies across sites. Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of Excel and accounting principles is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and period accounting reports; assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Monitor and maintain records of expenses, payments, and collections; assist with payroll preparation as required.
