Job summary

De Nora is seeking a competent Accountant to join our finance team in Makati. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, ensure statutory compliance, and support the organization’s financial health with strong analysis and integrity.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, CPA/ CMA / ACCA (or equivalent) and 3+ years in accounting, with experience in XERO, SAP, ERP or Oracle and month-end closings. A background in construction accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or accounting-related degree with CPA/CMA/ACCA/CTT preferred.
• 3+ years experience in accounting, with IFRS and tax knowledge.
• Experience with XERO/SAP/ERP/Oracle and month/year-end closings.
• Audit support experience and strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial record keeping for AP, AR, payroll, and GL.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements per standards.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting using historical data.
• Prepare and file tax returns; support audits and compliance.
• Monitor statutory filings and internal controls over assets.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation as needed.
• Analyze variances and support strategic decision-making.
