Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Financial/Business Management or any related field.
• Strong attention to details and can work with minimal supervision.
• 1 to 2 yrs experience in accounting and bookkeeping process preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to details.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office tools and other Accounting systems a plus.
• Good written and communication skills and has the ability to work with clients and all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Record payable transactions.
• Draws up monthly reports.
• Formulates lapsing schedule, record cost and asset depreciation to determine current value.
• Checks, records and monitors liquidation of advances of local and overseas employees.
• Records checks issued in QB and in manual books.
• Maintains the following book of accounts: a. Check Register, c. FIRA Register, d. OPC Register.
• Prepares and analyzes monthly schedule of the following: b. Advances – OE Schedule, c. Advances – OB Schedule.
