Qualifications

• Working knowledge of internet services, basic networking, and connectivity solutions.
• Basic understanding of fiber infrastructure and network equipment.
• Familiarity with local loops, last-mile connectivity, and telco services is preferred.
• Ability to study technical specifications and learn unfamiliar products and solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Join Sales in customer meetings, technical discussions, and site surveys.
• Scope internet and connectivity requirements, including local loops and last-mile connections.
• Prepare solution proposals, network diagrams, equipment specifications, and bills of materials.
• Research and evaluate solutions for customer requirements such as Wi-Fi and CCTV networks.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and service providers to validate feasibility.
• Document requirements and hand over approved solutions to Project Management and implementation teams.
