Job summary

Aurecon Group in Manila is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of global internal technology initiatives with a primary focus on Connectivity. You will align business and technical stakeholders, drive governance, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires 5–7 years in IT project management, enterprise networking experience, and strong Agile capabilities. Hybrid, full-time position with a 30 Oct 2026 end date.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT project management or related delivery experience.
• Delivery experience in enterprise networking, connectivity, or infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, facilitation, influence and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing integrated plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors and delivery reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global internal technology initiatives with primary focus on Connectivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests; ensure governance and stage gates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer for smooth handover to support.
