• If no BPO experience: at least 3 months Customer-Facing experience, such as:
• Retail staff (SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Uniqlo, H&M, Watsons)
• Fast food or café crew (Jollibee, McDonald's, Starbucks, Dunkin')
• Hotel, restaurant, or front desk staff
• Sales associate, cashier, service crew, or customer support roles

Basic typing and written communication skills

Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne

Amenable to shifting schedules if required
