Job summary

Entech Philippines seeks a Compliance, Safety and Innovations Senior Officer to lead learning and training for new and existing Team Members across classroom, field and on-the-job settings.

You will administer training needs assessments, address skills gaps, and verify program effectiveness by monitoring performance post-training, while driving audits and process improvements with the Training and Innovation Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Entomology, Biology, or related field.
• Proven experience as Technical Training Officer or similar role.
• Experience developing technical course content for novices and experts.
• Instructional design qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical concepts.
• Knowledge of Pest Management industry is a plus.
• Training or Audit experience in industrial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of online learning tools and platforms.
• Familiar with online meeting tools such as Google Meets or Zoom and MS Office.
• Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.

Responsibilities

• Conducts onboarding, technical skills, product or equipment, refresher and on-the-job trainings.
• Plans, organizes and conducts onboarding for all new Team Members.
• Sets training schedules and capacity to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinates with Talent Acquisition for new hire details.
• Prepares materials needed for training.
• Manages attendance during onboarding and training sessions.
• Reports attendance and observations to stakeholders.
• Coordinates product trainings including feature presentations and simulations.
• Maintains training database and tracks participant performance post-training.
• Gathers feedback and shares insights with leaders for follow-up support.
• Plans refresher and up-skilling trainings for Core Team Members.
• Assists in developing technical courses for various operations.
• Contributes to Training Needs Analysis and post-training reviews.
• Organizes workshops across online trainings and e-learning platforms.
• Manages learning resources and keeps materials updated.
