Job summary

China Bank Group invites applications for a Compliance Testing Assistant in Manila. Under the supervision of the Compliance Testing Department Head, you will assist in daily operations and in coordinating BSP regulatory implementation, ensuring the Compliance System remains effective.

You will develop and implement the compliance testing framework, perform independent testing on assigned Head Office units for the year, and help oversee the ongoing monitoring and validation of the Compliance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance testing or regulatory monitoring.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Compliance Testing Department Head, performs duties involved in assisting CT Head in carrying out the daily operations and functions of the Compliance Group and in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling the conduct of overseeing and coordination of the implementation of the BSP regulations and Compliance System.

Conduct independent compliance testing and validation testing to ensure on-going monitoring and assessment of the Compliance Manual, creating a comfort level that it continues to function effectively and efficiently.

• Ø Develop and implement the compliance testing framework in accordance with the approved policies and procedures per Compliance Manual and Compliance Testing and Validation Manual
• Ø Perform the independent compliance testing on the assigned HO units for the year.
