Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Testing professional to develop and execute risk assessments and testing programs focused on BSP IT regulations.

You will define testing activities, track progress, and report results while ensuring regulatory compliance across the business units. The role requires sharp analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSP IT regulations and regulatory issuances (BSP, AMLC, others).
• Strong analytical, investigative and reporting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing schedules.
• Identify testing controls and develop strategies for testing.
• Define and track Testing Activities; report progress.
• Oversee Self-Assessment of Testing subjects and regulatory operations.
• Conduct testing to assess compliance with IT regulations.
• Write final Compliance Testing Report with ratings and recommendations.
