The Compliance Officer is the key officer in administering the compliance of the company relative to the requirements of the BIR (i.e. withholding, corporate income, excise, percentage and value-added taxes) and the SEC (i.e. filing of General Information Sheet and audited financial statements). This position will have regular contact with the Chief Financial Accountant, Tax Consultant (if there's any), and External Auditor. He shall provide all reports required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, SEC, and other regulatory bodies related to financial reporting.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Work Experience: One to three-year prior supervisory experience.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Trainings/Certification

Personality

• A Must have reasonable verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must have high sense of accountability and adherence to company policy and processes.

Other Knowledge and Skills Required

• Must be computer proficient (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio) and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.
