Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure that the Bank complies with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. The role will oversee compliance across all branches and support management in maintaining a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations from BSP, AMLA, and other regulatory bodies
• Monitor branch operations and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and internal audits across branches
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulators
• Assist in policy creation, updates, and implementation
• Conduct compliance training and orientation for employees
• Handle investigation of compliance-related issues or violations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• At least 2–4 years experience in compliance, audit, or banking operations
• Experience in banking or financial institution is highly preferred
• Knowledge of BSP regulations and AMLA compliance is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Willing to do branch visits if needed

Salary

₱28,000 – ₱38,000 per month (based on experience)
