Responsibilities

• Analysis and implementation of new and updated IFSCA/SEZ regulations, guidelines, and AML rules.
• Prepare summaries and comparative analyses for stakeholders.
• Educate and communicate regulatory changes to stakeholders.
• Log actionables for relevant stakeholders and drive follow‑ups.
• Update compliance certifications in line with IFSCA framework.
• Review marketing creatives and customer communications for compliance.
• Track and timely submit reports and regulatory responses to authorities.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and prepare representations for business enablement.
• Review agreements from a compliance perspective.
• Support business teams with addressing queries from regulators.
