Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst to join our Central Compliance team. You will monitor regulatory developments and risks affecting Singapore operations, partner with Compliance SMEs, and support timely implementation of changes while enhancing the Regulatory Compliance Management Framework.

This role involves preparing governance materials, ensuring documentation and records are maintained, and tracking remediation activities to ensure effective oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 2–3 years in Insurance, Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience developing and reviewing compliance procedures and controls.
• Ability to prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory requirements and compliance risks for Singapore operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance SMEs, legal entities, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in regulatory submissions with timely documentation.
• Maintain and enhance the Regulatory Compliance Management Framework.
• Document, track, and improve regulatory obligations and controls.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance systems, perform data quality checks, and track remediation.
