Job summary

HR MNL in Quezon City is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This on-site role reports to the AVP and covers end-to-end payroll, benefits oversight, and internal reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on compensation and benefits experience, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities to support cross-functional processes.

Job description

Reporting directly to the AVP-People and Culture Division, the Compensation and Benefits Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This position is primarily responsible for

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Oversight over employee benefits availment
• Internal reportorial requirements

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of solid experience in practical compensation and benefits.
• Has excellent computer (MS Excel), communication, coordination, and task management skills.
