Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical, Allied Health, Healthcare-related, or other relevant 4-year course.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic documentation tools.
• Experience with government healthcare or financial assistance programs is a plus.
• Experience handling sensitive patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients through phone calls and other communication channels regarding government assistance programs.
• Guide patients through application processes, documentary requirements, and submission procedures.
• Educate patients on where and how to obtain required supporting documents.
• Explain approval timelines, availment frequency, program limitations, and other application requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up with patients regarding pending requirements and application status.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and assistance provided.
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant stakeholders to facilitate processing and status updates.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered support while handling sensitive concerns.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, reporting, and data privacy requirements.
