Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (Manila) is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to provide employee medical care and manage health risks across container yard operations in Binondo Manila. The role ensures compliance with DOLE and RA 11058, and supports health program improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing degree, valid RN license, and OHNAP BOSH certification, with 2–3 years in industrial settings. Willingness to work across CY5, CY7, CY8 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• RN with valid Philippine nursing license.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in industrial settings; shipping/port/construction/manufacturing a plus.
• BOSH certification from OHNAP is required.
• Knowledge of occupational health nursing, first aid, workplace hazard management, and DOLE reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with RA 11058 and OSH standards.
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and employee care skills.
• Willing to work across multiple container yard locations (CY5, CY7, CY8).

Job Summary

• Provide first aid, urgent care, and initial treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.

• Promote employee health and well-being through preventive healthcare programs and counseling.

• Identify, assess, and help manage workplace health hazards and medical risks.

• Implement occupational safety and health programs in accordance with RA 11058 and applicable OSH standards.

• Prepare, maintain, and submit required DOLE medical reports and compliance documents.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records and occupational health documentation.

• Coordinate with HR, EHS, employees, and relevant regulatory agencies on health and safety concerns.

• Support the monitoring and continuous improvement of workplace health programs.
