CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) seeks a Company Nurse to provide first aid to employees, assess health risks and promote health in the workplace. The role also supports the Admin Team in daily office tasks and health-related activities.

You will administer first aid and medications, monitor health cases, coordinate annual physicals, maintain confidential records, and assist HR with health programs and benefits processing.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Passed the Philippine Board of Nursing Licensure Examination.
• Duly licensed to practice nursing in the Philippines.
• Completed at least 50 hours of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Nurses.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and workplace safety standards.

Mansioni

• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees.
• Monitor and record health related cases.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on medical certificates.
• Spearhead Annual Physical examination of all employees.
• Maintain all employee medical tests and other similar records confidential.
• Submit accident report to HR employee relations.
• Assist the Compensation and Benefits officer to process and approve employee compliments.
• Assist the admin associates regarding remittances of employees.
• Roll out health related seminars, events or campaigns.
• Perform administrative tasks on employee compliments approval.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.
