A retail company in the Philippines is looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to manage health care delivery, assist with health administration, and perform various HR responsibilities. The position requires on-site work at our Binondo Head Office, where you will provide first aid, conduct health screenings, and implement health programs while maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have experience in health care counseling and occupational health assessments.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Initial triage of employees and provide first-aid treatment.
• Conduct follow-through of employees recovering from sickness or injury.
• Administer vaccines during seasonal vaccination.
• Provide individual counseling on health care, nutrition, and family planning.
• Prepare and update Health Care manual.
• Assist in Pre-Employment Medical and assessment of results.
• Monitor and maintain confidential health records.
• Assess and report occupational health hazards.
• Assist with HMO and dental benefits management.
• Conduct health and safety training for employees.
• Orient newly regularized employees on health benefits.
• Prepare and update processes related to health administration.

Health Care Delivery and Management

• Initial triage of employees, gives treatment or first‑aid medication and health advice and/or counseling, as needed.
• Conducts a follow‑through of employees who had sickness, injuries, accidents either through work location, house or hospital visit as needed.
• Administers vaccines to employees during scheduled seasonal vaccination.
• Provide individual counselling sessions on health care and maintenance, results of health screening and health promotion activities, family planning, exercise and nutrition, including dissemination of various health info, handouts, bulletins, etc.
• Prepares and updates Health Care manual.

Health Administration

• Assist in Pre‑Employment Medical and Annual Physical Examination process and results assessment.
• Monitor and maintain medical and other health related records of the Employees with confidentiality.
• Assess and reports occupation health problems and hazards with emphasis in prevention.
• Provides assistance pertaining to HMO and Dental benefits utilization. Assess findings and results, refer to Physician for management, monitor recommendations until illness is cleared.
• Conducts inventory and utilization report of medicines and medical supplies and prepare purchase requisition as needed.
• Coordinate, Attend and Conduct appropriate training and awareness regarding safety and health of all employees.
• Assist in implementation of DOLE mandated health programs.
• Orient newly regularized employees on health benefits.
• Prepares and updates processes.

Human Resource

• Act as Safety Personnel - investigation and implementation of corrective action regarding Occupational Safety concerns.
• Assist other HR unit as needed
• Other HR Related activities that may be assigned from time to time
